The staff is competent and the food is good. Its rooms are well-appointed and a nice size with terrace, sound proofing whatsoever, for instance as advertised. You can have yoghourt and eggs for breakfast.

Convenient public transport access.
The room was dark and unwelcoming. Half the lights flickered or didn't work at all. The unusual shower placement in the middle of the room. I felt let down by the hotel's standards and their service.

Clean and modern + good food in the restaurant
Not quite as close to the Olympic Stadium as we had hoped.

Cozy/comfortable environment but quite far from the City. Staff are courteous, good and helpful. Hotel rate is ok, but taxi fares are too expensive. The hotel is also clean.
Some utilities are not given in sets or in two's for double occupants. For examples, shampoo was given in two's yesterday, but today, only one shampoo was given. Also, one lotion was given today, then on the next day there were two. It happened also on the cleansers. I really don't know if it is the hotel's regulations. If it is, it's ok with us. Also, breakfast has limited choices. There were no meats served like hotdogs/sausages, hams were not cooked. Sometimes, utensils were lacking or insufficient for other guests. Please don't use plastic or disposable glasses. Further, the coffee and juice dispensers broke down.

That it was very clean
For a 4 star hotel it doesn't have anything like it,no iron board in the room no plugs in the room, the tv wouldn't work for the services provided,no even a kettle to make your self a tea or a coffee, accommodation comes in to ur room from 9:30 in the morning, the breakfast is absolutely ridiculous, no warm food at all, only continental breakfast, very disappointed and to be honest wouldn't come back to it again

This was my first stay at Zone - Huge room and shower. Comfortable bed. Shuttle to town was good - unreliable return times.
My room was near reception and restaurant - I could hear all conversations, including 1 side of calls to reception. I could hear the people in the next room unrolling toilet paper while I was getting out of the shower. I bought the movie pack and it kept freezing up - mentioned to desk, and solution offerred - don't buy movie pack.

My second stay at Zone. This time a single room - much quieter. Again shuttle to town was very handy - agree with earlier review about pizza shop down the road.
Lost 1/2 of the bathroom from earlier room, very small. Could not fully open bathroom door as it hit bed. Shuttle pick up from town does not run to schedule - be there at least 30mins early and be prepared to have to wave shuttle down.

preview of the classic room isn't correct, they show you a superior room. So they ask you 35 euros more if you want to stay in a stylish room as you booked. I think is not correct, infact after some calling and Booked.net support they moved us at the second day without any surcharge.

Great Price and not too far from downtown
By the hotel there were alot of tagging, saw few drunk teens during the weekend.

The in-house Eno-Z restaurant served up dishes that danced with flavor. Plus, their breakfast buffet offered a decent selection, perfect for fueling a day of exploring. And let's not forget the spontaneous bed decoration for special occasions. It was a sweet touch!
The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so grab a bus pass for easy transport. And while the staff were mostly helpful, a couple seemed a bit indifferent, which put a slight damper on the vibe.
